Joining Arval’s ‘Corporate Digital Strategy’ team, whose main mission is to define the vision for digital user journeys, place clients at the center of digital projects, and support Arval’s 29 countries (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.) in their digital activities using Drupal CMS. My main responsibilities as a Digital Project Manager include :

• Lead A/B testing initiatives in collaboration with the UX team to enhance user experience.

• Assist and provide technical support to users across 29 countries in configuring the Drupal CMS backend: Resolve their encountered issues, integrate and update new functionalities.

• Track and prioritize the backlog and JIRA tickets in collaboration with the IT team.

• Update, create, and test functionalities in UAT and PROD environments.

• Training sessions and creating technical support documentation for users.

• Animating the community of marketing managers through the exchange of best digital practices and benchmarks to promote Arval’s brand positioning across the world.

Build an analysis tool for the HR team to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs presented on their elearning platform “LMS Académie Pomona”, with the goal of optimizing and improving content and teaching methods.

Environment and tools used: Power BI, Talend, API 360learning, Postman, and MySQL.

• Create the data modeling for the project.
• Collaborate with the Talend team to extract the data.
• Build the dashboard to visualize the results.
• Weekly meetings with the HR team to ensure each development meets the requirements.

During my Five years of studies as computer enginer student I was exposed to a wide variety of Computer Engineering subjects alongside projects and internships, that provided me with a strong footing in this field. I began my career as a software engineer, where I became involved in, discovered, and grew to love the world of software engineering through real projects. My key responsibilities consisted of:
